Ericka Go joined Dneg as TD apprentice and she has proven to be an hard worker and a team player, always willing to do the extra step to make the team and the Supervisor happy. As her supervisor I am proud of Ericka’s growth and all the challenges she overcame during her period with us: she managed to stay humble, welcome feedbacks and jump from task to task to accommodate work and schedules. She learned how to work in shot sculpting details and fixing broken meshes, she knows how to rig a human body with its relative costume and how to rig vehicles. The ways of learning are infinite and Ericka has still lots to discover but I am sure she will do great and I wish her all the best in her next adventure.

My name is Jarrod Anderson, and I worked at DNEG with Ericka as a Senior Creature TD. I mentored Ericka through various Creature FX disciplines, covering our creative and technical approaches to the work.
I was introduced to Ericka when she requested more exposure to our CreatureFX pipeline. I was always happy to help someone who was looking to push themselves and Ericka was no exception. She was an excellent student and colleague. Attentive and actively engaged, Ericka was a fast learner. Her interest in the broader context of each problem helped prepare her for problems outside of what we had initially covered, ensuring that she could predict future issues on her own.
In my experience, the Creature team at DNEG was unique; I would consider the people I worked with very good friends, not just colleagues. Ericka was a welcome sight at all of our social events, helping to keep this relationship strong and setting a strong foundation for other junior artists at the studio.
I would like to strongly endorse Ericka for her work and time at DNEG. It was a privilege to have her on the team and I believe she would be a key asset at any studio. I'm looking forward to seeing where her career takes her.
